Ryan Shawcross is maddeningly stupid & Samir Nasri’s fitness
Posted on by Martin @ thegoonblog.com

“He’s obviously got something against me. It’s just weird.”

You don’t say Ryan! We all know that some footballers are, how do you say it.. a bit thick. However, congratulations must be offered to Ryan Shawcross who has taken the definition of stupid to another level.

One season he puts Adebayor out of action for over a month after wiping him out off the field of play, he injures Theo Walcott and then snaps Aaron Ramsey’s leg in two. And, he wonders why Arsene Wenger might have something against him.

The clever spark also added this:

“He always seems to have a problem with Stoke, our manager and certain players.”

Well you have that baseball cap wearing, naked head-butting moron as a manager and players (Glenn Whealan apart), who seem to revel in smashing the living daylights out of players with superior talent.

Obviously that is my opinion, not Arsene Wenger’s to whom the comments are aimed at.

_ _ _

We are slap bang in the middle of the international break and as you can see there is absolutely nothing going on.

In a tiny bit of team news it seems that Samir Nasri is available for selection against Bolton at the weekend according to a few things that have mentioned to me in the past few days, his knee is fine and he has been training as normal. The boss is going to have his work cut out keeping Nasri, Cesc and Rosicky happy.

There have been some comments from Cesc doing the rounds that seem to insinuate that he was forced to stay at Arsenal and doesn’t sound too pleased about it. The original article is for Spanish paper Publico.es and I have sent it to a contact in the press department at Arsenal to see if it is in fact a genuine interview.

I am of the opinion that our captain just needs to shut up and get on with his football, there are a lot of people who need convincing that he is committed to the club.

It also seems Adebayor is a bit stupid too…

More of a blog when there is proper news, I promise.
