Breaking news: Away shirt for next season leaked – its GREEN and FAKE

Its not 100% certain but if it is true, its horrible. Its similar to the 82/83 season’s away shirt.
Arsenal know away fans are the most loyal and thus are cashing in on their loyalty by only keeping the current away shirt for a year. Bad PR by the club if you ask me.
Update: They are ‘mock up’s’, they have been created from rumours coming out of Nike saying we are having a green jersey next season. Thanks too a commenter for that.
Anyway, here goes.

It makes me feel sick. It really does.

till now the ugliest shirt is hull fc well congratulations u just beat that ,the only color the green will go is white and that is not arsenals color.sorry mate u wont see me wearing it
The Away kit only came this season, therefore there wont be a new away kit for next season.

everyone calm down just for a second. Its a hoax, someone with photoshop and not much talent (just look at the fly emirates on the 2nd image how its not in perspective) has put this together to get up our noses and create a fuss. Ignore it and it’ll go away. As the old saying goes ‘red and green should never be seen’. Gooner4life!
this is definetly a fake. I too noticed the mistakes. the nike tick, fly emirates and arsenal crest have all been photoshoped on. theyve tried to bend them, but the arsenal crest is rotated to the right slihtly and the fly emirates is pathetic. its not even tilted its just been pasted straight on.

Yes, obviously it’s been photoshopped, you don’t need a degree in Art to find that out.
Like Jack said, it’s unlikely to be our new away kit, from what I heard, both are kits will be the same until end of 2010 season.

This is a “mock up”. Not necessarily fake though. The original posts of these shirts came from another website that focuses on EPL kit. They’ve been hearing rumors of an away Arsenal jersey for next season, and one of their members did these mock ups for them.
So, while these fotos may not be entirely accurate, there are rumors swirling that the away kit next year will have a green jersey.
hi, The arsenal away kit of this year is for sale in the arsenal shop at half price as it will become the third kit (euro kit)) next year, like the white one is this year.
It is another way to get around the guidelines that a kit has to last 2 years.
I has the original green one and I quite liked it mainly because nobody else did, a bit like the yellow chevron one from “90″ to “91″.
Hi, I created these as a rough idea of what the kit would look like if the rumors of the old green kit revival being true.
They looks me about 15 mins from start to finish and didnt concentrate and putting logos in perfect angles as it was only ever supposted to be for what the green kit design on the new 09/10 nike shirt template would look like…
It seems someone took my quick photoshop design a step took far and created a fake shirt

It is the exact same design as my quick design…Including the white line up from the bottom of the shirt which i didnt change in the mock-up through laziness in reality im sure the line would be blue to match the rest of the shirt..
It reminds me of a few years ago when rumors of our away shirt being the opposite of the home shit (White with red sleeves) and fake thailand copies appeared on eBay only for the real shirt to be revealed and to be completely different.
Anyways, Please dont take this as anything other than a quick design to show people who the shirt MAY look if the green rumor is true.

the shirt actually looks alright whats the big fuss a shirts a shirt, its the way they play that matters
The only time I think our beloved Gunners should come in contact with so much green is the silk like pitch at The Emirates.
My druthers would be to stick with the current color pattern of the yellow away kit, or the deeper gold color from the 01-02 double season.
Last two season’s white away kit was also decent looking. But again, the green kit isn’t right; they’d be better off going back to the “bruised banana” kit from 91-93 seasons. Also, the blue/3rd kit from 00-02 was decent as well.
